I could see this being one-sided on JC’s end, OR I could see an AU where post-WWX rescuing the Wens and taking them to the Burial Mounds, JC wants WWX to come back to YMJ and WWX wants somewhere safe to take the Wens, so they mutually baby trap each other, with each of them thinking they have the upperhand/each of them thinking they tricked the other, resulting in WWX & JC getting married, YMJ takes in the Wens, and YMJ thrives.

  • I personally find it difficult to imagine these two getting together in canon!universe, but I love them in modern/college AUs! The only prompts I cannot imagine for them would be the Sugar Daddy and CamBoy prompts - even in modern AUs, I’d imagine the Jiangs would still be well-off. 
• SangCheng:
  • I like these two in both canon & modern AUs, and I love Scheming!NHS. I would love a fic where NHS is pulling strings in the background to manipulate JC (or people around JC) in some way. Be this through dating other people to get JC to make a move, secretly feeding him a love potion, intentionally baby trapping him, sneakily getting rid of romantic rivals, etc. 
• XiYao: 
  • Listen, I’d love a baby trapping fic for them, either in canon or modern settings. I just think it would result from a complicated mix of political scheming & perceived unrequited romantic feelings on JGY’s end (and if it’s mutual baby-trapping, also possessive!LXC).
  • I also love the idea of JGY being secretly possessive over LXC without LXC knowing - anything from outfitting LXC with special pieces of jewelry/clothing that LXC doesn’t know the significance of to JGY just going out of his way to punish people who disagree with LXC
• 3Zun: 
  • I love the dynamic of 3Zun starting out as being together in a V-type polycule where NMJ & JGY are both down for LXC but can barely stand each other. I also think their pairing is interesting in both Canon & Modern settings.
